MENUS: Next level brick and mortar restaurant grade food with a wide variety of options including healthy vegetarian and gluten-free options.  Our main two trucks are “Holy Macaroni”, serving up cooked to order and build your own Mac & Cheese Bowls.  Our second truck is “Cocina de ’Birria”, a Birria based full Tex Mex Kitchen. 
 
OUR BRANDS: The highest percentage of customers of any local food truck.  Widely popular and known for being annual operators at the area’s largest shows, including The Forida State Fair, Plant City Strawberry Festival and several of the largest festivals in Vinoy Park, Coachman Park, to name a few.  Holy Macaroni has received #1 State Fair Awards in six state fairs!

ZERO RISK:    We are not a booking agency or membership company.  We are not those others who simply send fee-based members to your community with limited vetting.  These trucks are our trucks; our pride and joy, and we ensure every level of our operation meets the highest standards, especially the quality of our meals.   As always, one of three owners (Husband and wife team of Allan & Monica or our sons) will always be present at our shows and events.  
 
We have worked for over a decade establishing one of the best names in the state and we work even harder to protect it, by serving the best meals and providing a top-notch professional service to our customers and venue clients.
 
NO CHARGE to the community and NO MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.  A two-to-three-day advance notice to the community members combined with our reputation, award winning meals and a platform like no other, we are confident to easily serve our benchmark of 75-100 covers/orders over a four-hour window at area communities.
 
Fully self-sufficient with quiet on-board generators, water and holding tank; fully licensed and insured to 5MM.
 
EXECUTION: We arrive on time, disconnect and set up the most professional platform in the industry, and we serve what we are often told, is the best food in a mobile setting.  When complete, we leave zero footprints: only guests hoping for the community to have us back again.

Yes, these are the same two platforms you’ve seen at the FL State Fair, Plant City Strawberry Festival, South Florida Fair, Clay County Fair, Pensacola Interstate Fair, SW Florida Fair, Jacksonville Fair and multiple state and state level Fairs between NY and Alama.   During our off months between late April – June and December, we are home in the Tampa Bay area servicing our local customers at communities and business parks during the week and festival every weekend.
 
We have a limited period for our service and are seeking Communities with 250-300+ Doors.  We will entertain smaller communities adjacent to other communities (Multi-Community Event).
