- Line Cook / Prep Cook - Kitchen / Operation Manager - FOH Lead - Maintenance & Drivers General Requirements: - No Felonies - Drug Screening - Valid Government Issued ID and Social Security Card - Proficient in Team Atmosphere - Communication Skills - Highest level of Work Ethic, Integrity, Cleanliness - Willingness to learn and master our Kitchen Culture - Valid Driver License (Maintenance & Driver Only) Line Cook / Prep Cook & Kitchen / Operation Manager Requirements: - Minimum 2 Years Fine Dining; or - Degree in Culinary Arts + 1 Year Fine Dinging - Chef Letter of Reference COMPENSATION Competitive Salary + Bonuses BENEFITS / PERKS - Management Program with Revenue Sharing after a full season (12 months) - Paid Vacation - Medical Insurance - Season & Offseason Housing PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT - We have a ZERO Tolerance Policy for Alcohol Abuse and use of ANY Mind-Altering Substance, legal or not - We have an "Immediate Termination and Removal from the Venue/Lodging" Policy for Theft and Harassment (Physical, Verbal, Sexual, Emotional) and Drama! |
