Fair Managers, Master Concessionaires, Show Coordinators/Promoters and Event Planners: 
There is not a show too small or too large for our company.  Through our journeys with a humble beginning in a hot dog cart to what we have grown to now, we've learned many lessons, one of which, is to always maintain our next level restaurant quality meals.  Second, to always work within our capacity and core competency.  With that, bigger isn't always possible for our business model, and it certainly isn't always better.  There are many operational and route logistical factors involved in show selection, and while we wish we can do them all, please understand and accept our apology, if we are unable to select your show as part of our route.   Below is the general framework of our route and show preferences.  Please review and if you feel our model is a fit for your promotion, send us an email or call us to discuss AMCFG Representation.

VARIABLES	IN SEASON Fairs & Rodeos	OFF SEASON Fri-Sun	OFF SEASON Tue-Thu
Available Months ​ ​	Spring Route:  Jan - Apr ​Summer/Fall Route:  Jul-Nov.  ​We have an established route and are not scheduling any new fairs at this time.  As we free up our schedule or increase our footprint, we will broadcast our availability	Mid-April through Jun ​and Mid-Nov through Dec ​ ​	Mid-April through Jun ​and Mid Nov through Dec ​
Preferred Show Types ​	State Level Fairs and Rodeos.  Minimum duration is 9 days with a preference of 11 or more; 120+ total operating hours. ​ ​	Very Large Single day shows with a preference of 4-, 3-and 2-day shows; in that order.  Sorry, but no markets, craft fairs, breweries or first year events	Corporate Catering and tour stops (11AM-3PM) and Select Community Stops (5PM-8/9 PM) ​ ​
Minimum Revenue or Cover Requirements ​	None, we are selective in our fair partnerships ​ ​	$7,500-$10,000 per-Day is generally our guaranteed requirement for a new show.  No requirements for well established shows	$1,000-$1,250 per-Day ​
Utility Requirements ​(Per Booth) ​	Electric - Direct Connect 220v x 50A Water - Direct Connect Sewer - Direct Connect Lodging - Room for Bunk House Stock Truck - Room for Stock Truck ​LP Fill Service- Preferred but not necessary ​	Single Day Show:  None.   We may operate in a self-sufficnet manner for a single day show. Multi-Day Show: ​Electric - Direct Connect 220v x 50A.  . Water - Direct Connection Sewer - Direct Connection ​	None.  We operate in a self-sufficent manner during Weekday Operations
